All bank account information is stored in secure manner to process your transactions as they relate to your rent payments only. For such transactions…

• At your sole discretion you may provide your bank account number for us to process ACH payments (for a touchless payment of your monthly rents).
• Debits from your bank account are not automatic and recurring.
• Debits from your bank account can only occur on a one-time basis, each time upon your electronic authorization.

We do not use any of your information…

• For joint marketing with other companies.
• For third party everyday marketing purposes.
• For third party everyday needs for information about your creditworthiness

If you are a new customer, we use your information only to inform you of our internal procedures and guidelines. When you are no longer our customer, we may contact you in the future for our special offerings. However, you can contact us at any time to stop such correspondence.

To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures including safeguards and secured files in a secure building.

We will not disclose information about your creditworthiness to other companies.

We will not disclose your personal information, financial information, credit report, or health information to third parties to market to you.
