who we are

Our company was established in 1983 as a two-person “mom & pop” operation. Four decades later, we continue to be a small business. We are not only sensitive to the challenges faced by small businesses, but we readily advocate for them, especially for the many small businesses who call our buildings home. You’ll see what they’re saying about us here.

The founder and day-to-day operations director of our company is Sauli Danpour. In addition to running this small business, he is also a member of the Board of Directors at the Downtown Center Business Improvement District (DCBID), which in addition to being an business advocacy group also hires underprivileged individuals for several of its functions. The purpose is to assist them with re-entry into the workforce. Many of these individuals end up being hired by small businesses while others venture on to start their own small business.

Our main goal is to support the entrepreneurial spirit of small businesses. Small businesses generate over half of the economic activity in the US, accounting for more than half of retail sales and about three-quarters of the net new jobs in the economy. We aim to help the many small businesses in our family of tenants thrive in a welcoming, supportive and inspiring environment.
